This Privacy Policy describes how SideResult Software ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Splatial ("Service"), including our website at splatial.com and our Apple Vision Pro application.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address.
• Waitlist Information: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address.
• Generation Inputs: Text prompts and images you submit for 3D world generation.
• API Keys: If you choose to use your own World Labs API key, it is stored securely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including generation requests, features accessed, and session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs when you visit our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process your generation requests
• Track generation credits and usage
• Communicate with you about the Service, including waitlist notifications and updates

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

4.1 World Labs

When you generate a 3D world, your text prompts and/or images are sent to World Labs for processing. When using the shared API key, your content may be visible to other users of the World Labs platform. World Labs' use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.

4.2 Apple

Authentication is handled through Sign in with Apple. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Account data and generation records are stored on our servers with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Authentication tokens are short-lived (7 days) and stored securely on your device using the system keychain.
• Custom API keys are stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
• Cached 3D worlds are stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time through the app settings.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Generation records are retained to track usage and provide the Service.
• Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal or are approved and create an account.
• Log data is retained for up to 90 days.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.
• Portability: Request a portable copy of your data.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and security (CSRF protection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
